Healthy Wealthy Successful Refund Policy

At Healthy Wealthy Successful, we are committed to providing high-quality resources, coaching, and community support to help you grow your business. We understand that circumstances may change, so we have outlined our refund policy below.
1. Membership Subscription Refunds
Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
Refunds: We do not provide refunds for membership fees once a new billing cycle has begun.
How to Cancel: You can manage your subscription and cancel it through your account settings in ClickFunnels or by contacting us at support@hwssuccesssociety.com.
2. Digital Products & Course Refunds
Due to the nature of digital content and downloadable materials, all purchases of digital products, templates, and courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been granted.
3. Coaching & Consultation Refunds
Scheduled Coaching Calls: Refunds for coaching calls are available only if the session is canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Missed Calls: If you do not show up for a scheduled coaching session, a refund will not be issued.
4. Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same product or membership, please contact us immediately at support@hwssuccesssociety.com, and we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund (if eligible), please email support@hwssuccesssociety.com with the following details:
Your full name and email associated with your account.
The product or service you are requesting a refund for.
The reason for your refund request.
We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
